All computers (standalone, server, or workstation) must meet the following minimum functional requirements:

Please note that we follow Microsoft’s recommendations regarding supported operating systems. Windows RT, Apple, iOS, and Android operating systems are not supported. However, it is possible to install the software in workstation mode on a tablet equipped with a Windows operating system. A strong and reliable wireless Internet connection is essential for this type of installation. Gestion CMEQ should not be used with display fonts set to “large” or “extra large,” nor with a screen resolution lower than 1680 x 1050 pixels. Using such settings may prevent proper use of Gestion CMEQ: some buttons may not be visible, and field content may be truncated.

The Gestion CMEQ + Opermax solution can be used on any type of computer (desktop, laptop, Mac) and mobile device (iOS or Android smartphone or tablet).

The following specifications represent the minimum functional requirements for the device used to access the solution:

  • Screen size of 6 inches or larger

  • Operating system: Windows, iOS, or Android (latest available version)

  • Internet browser (Google Chrome recommended)

The following settings must be enabled in the browser used for the Gestion CMEQ + Opermax application:

  • JavaScript

  • Cookies

  • Local storage

  • TLS v1.2 or higher

With Opermax, it is also possible to enable GPS geolocation to optimize employee routing. To use this feature, geolocation permissions must be granted to the Gestion CMEQ + Opermax application in the user’s browser.

The installation procedure is described on page 9 and following of the Gestion CMEQ White Paper. All steps must be followed to ensure that Gestion CMEQ is fully operational. You will also find details about the different installation types (server, standalone, workstation).

To use Gestion CMEQ in a Mac environment, you must use a Windows emulator (e.g., Parallels Desktop) to virtualize a Windows environment on the Mac.
